Customer Success

 

Esker Cycles is hiring, and we want someone to help us keep our customers stoked, and ensure each customer gets exactly what they need. 

 

This position will involve partially being on a computer and helping customers with their needs, and partially being in the warehouse to get those customers what they need, as well as assist in getting orders out the door.  Either way, your job is to make sure our customers get what they need, and feel warm and welcome in the Esker family. 

 

 

o Warehouse:  

§ Order Processing and Shipping

·  Small Parts – Process orders daily, alert customers to issues or delays.

·  Softgoods – Process and manage orders daily, alert customers to issues or delays.

·  Completes and Frames Processing – in times of high need, assist Warehouse manager in QC, Shipping, Receiving, and assembly. 

·  Warranty – processing and shipping of warranty orders, working alongside Warehouse Manager to ensure products are shipped with all proper accessories, documentation, and records. 

§ Inventory

·  Stocking Incoming Orders – Assist warehouse manager with stocking incoming order workload.

·  Inventory Picking for upcoming builds – Ensure customer success by pre-picking customer orders under direction of Warehouse Manager to pre-verify all parts for an order are on hand and ready for scheduled assembly. 

o Customer Service:

§ Zendesk – Our customer service software that manages tickets.  Work with Sales Manager to organize and handle service tickets.

·  Managing customer service tickets from incoming ticket to final solution/resolution, whether that be an answer, an order, or a replacement part.

·  Technical Support – become the knowledge base of all things Esker, and spread that knowledge to all who ask.

·  Sales Support – be the “inside” for our travelling Sales Manager to ensure customers are taken care of in the best way possible.

·  Warranty Support – process warranty tickets, both digitally, and in real life, and see the ticket through to a satisfied customer. Track and report on warranty issues to the entire company.

·  In-Person customer service and support at the warehouse.  Its rare, but if someone wants to come by the warehouse, you are their new best friend. 

 

This position will start approximately mid-March.  4 days per week, Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (32 hours).  $23-$26/hour depending on experience.  Esker also provides paid vacation accrual, a health insurance stipend, a yearly bicycle parts allowance, and pass-through pricing on gear.
