Our best estimates at the moment are between the months of October and November of 2025.
What amount is required for a deposit?
We require a full frame payment as a deposit. If you're wanting to order a complete bike, or add any upgrades to your frame order, we'll reach out closer to the arrival date of your frame to finalize those details with you.
Where does Esker Cycles manufacture their frames?
All of our frames are manufactured in Taiwan by an incredible group of partners that are recognized as some of the best in the industry.
If price increases happen due to tariffs, will I owe more Esker Cycles more Money before my frame ships?
You will not. The price you pay for your 2025 Titanium Fall Pre-Order won't change from the time you order until the time the frame is delivered. However, over the coming months the prices on the 2025 Titanium Fall Pre-Orders may increase, so your best opportunity to purchase a frame at the existing pricing you see is to place your order sooner than later.
If I'd like to add any build kits, upgrades, or change my frame model/size after I've placed an order, how do I do that?
We'll reach out closer to the arrival date of your frame to finalize those details with you. Lots of things can change with parts availability over the coming months, so we want to have the most accurate information that we can provide you when we reach out to finalize your order in the Fall.
What happens if I decide to cancel my pre-order before the order arrives?
You'll be charged a processing fee of up to 10%.
If my shipping address changes, can I update it before my order ships?
Absolutely! Email us at info@eskercycles.com with your order number and your new shipping address. We'll get that updated for you! If you're moving internationally, or out of the lower 48, additional shipping costs may be required.
